Zumba

Zumba® is the perfect combination of Latin dance, upbeat music, fitness and fun!  This class combines intervals of fast and slow rhythms with low impact, high energy dance moves.  Depending on your level of intensity, you have the potential of burning between 300-1000 calories per class!  Each dance has a repetitive set of moves that are easy to follow, so everyone can do them.  Just remember to keep moving and most importantly. . .have fun!

You will need to bring a bottle of water, a towel, or something to wipe away the sweat, and a desire to have fun!

R.I.P.P.E.D.

Experience this total body "plateau proof fitness formula" workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable, and extremely effective.

Be sure to bring your own 3-5 lb weights (covered in nylon or neoprene, no metal weights will be allowed), a towel, water, and your energy!

PiYo

PiYo is a music-driven, athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of Pilates and yoga that also includes flexibility training, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement.  It includes modifications, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels.  This is a low impact class. 
 
You will need a mat, sweat towel, and water.


Yoga

Bliss:  This class will focus on restoring and revitalizing the hips, shoulders, and the spine by working on poses that are held longer, incorporating the breath with gentle flows, and allowing the deeper layers of fascia to release. Some basic pranayama (breathwork) and dhyana (meditation) will also be introduced. This class is suited for all levels of practice because the poses that are practiced are those that will keep you grounded and close to the Earth.

Bliss Flow:  This class will focus on the building blocks for a healthy, long lasting yoga practice by warming up with Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), then working on basic poses (asanas), awareness of breath, and guided meditation (dhyana). Modifications or variations offered will encourage you to find your personal depth in the practice. This class is suited for all levels.

Infuse:  In this Jivamukti-inspired class we will explore devotional chanting, pranayama (breath control), dhyana (centering) and a unique blend of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to warm up the body and move toward strength by refining the alignment and holding the asanas (poses). Combining these elements of body/mind/spirit with great music and hands on adjustments will leave you feeling complete and balanced!
